Let's Get to (Hybrid) Work!
For eighteen months, the COVID-19 pandemic has given us little choice but to work at home and a variety of other places, whether it’s at an office, a co-working space, or informally meeting with others. This constraint has challenged us to rethink how information flows through our organization and the way we coordinate with others to get work done — and for many, it hasn’t been easy.

Hybrid work - working from home, the office, a mix of the two, and anywhere we can - has disrupted the centuries-long notion that a centralized office is at the core of how we get the best and the most work done.

But the silver lining is that hybrid work has encouraged us to take a good hard look at what constitutes successful work, assumptions about how to be productive, innovating at scale, hiring and retaining the best employees, leveraging digital tools, and more.

How are you and your company “getting to work” in this new hybrid environment?

Join Social Edge, LumApps, and our customers for a panel discussion on Thursday, December 9th at 4PM ET to discuss the following topics related to hybrid work:

- Working from first principles
- What actually works when you #WFH
- Yes, hybrid work … but digital first
- Different work models, one massive opportunity.

This event will be hosted by Dori Gray, Senior Community Manager at Social Edge. Our panelists include:

- Elise Dunham, Knowledge Manager, Zapier
- Lori Harrison-Smith, Enterprise Community Strategist, Motorola
- Ruth Neighbors, Senior Director, Strategy, Social Edge
- Shaun Slattery, Director of Customer Success, LumApps
